Yes, I am aware of the issue. Apparently Google did not checked accounts individually, instead they suspended a batch of 800 newly created accounts out of 4000 total claiming those accounts violated rules. that's very strange and very unprofessional of them, I'm not saying that you have violated any, even we are unable to un-suspend those accounts from admin panel.
We are already talking with google and they agrees to restore the accounts if the admin agreed to check all those accounts manually and delete the accounts with violations. Hopefully if everything goes well they should restore accounts, then we have to check all those accounts manually one by one and delete the ones with violations and restore the rest. Their risk assessment team is not available via phone and only respond to an email after 2-3 days. I would like to ask kindly wait little longer till we get this solved.
