I'm trying to buy a fshare.vn account from America. Please help ?

I can't read Vietnamese very well. I see a few payment options for buying a fshare.vn account but I don't know which one will accept an American Express credit card or paypal.

Onepay and Gate passport is two payment options by internet banking, click and you will see a list of banks. I think some of those banks accept American Express credit card or paypal. Create account in a bank then follow the instruction (pdf form). I've never create a bank account online so I can't guide you any further, sorry.
Why don't you pay by telephone scratch card instead? That option is less dificult than the other. If you know anyone live here, ask them buy a MOBIFONE telephone scratch card then send those number to you.

Are you referring to mobifone or gate passport telephone scratch cards ? If I can use a Visa / American Express card to pay I will do it .

Or do you mean a phone scratch card from a local store to call Vietnam ?
