[Help] Virus software

I think my computer slower than normal as I sometimes download movie on 300mbfilms and got virus. I am not familiar with virus software. Can you help me to remove virus? I have McAfee currently installed when using Comcast internet. I am not good in computer so please show me how to do steps by steps. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Disable all antivirus software on your computer, and then use dr web cureit to scan virus:
