có phải lúc nó hỏi quyền access ở mức administrator (màn hình tối đi) thì bác chọn "NO" hả ?

Cứ YES với OK bạn nhé. Còn nếu k được thì user bạn đang dùng trong windows không có quyền Admin. Cái này hay gặp ở các máy các công ty, IT giữ quyền admin để đỡ phải cài máy lại nhiều.
