New game in the cult series Combat Mission tactical fully devoted to the last war the Soviet Union. 30 missions based on real events Afghan War 1979-1989. The player will solve a variety of combat missions - cleaning of villages, protection of convoys, attack and hold the controlling heights, sweeping "green fodder". For the game was made more than 100 new models, completely reworked tactical balance - a new technology, new types of compounds. The game involved three main aspects: the Soviet army, the troops of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan and the Mujahideen forces.
